  • Laparoscopic and open colectomy, anterior resection, abdomino-peritoneal resection.

Benign colorectal conditions.

  • Diverticular disease:   Conservative management of acute diverticulitis.  Laparoscopic anterior resection for chronic or recurrent disease.
  • Rectal prolapse:  Laparoscopic ventral rectopexy, laparoscopic resection rectopexy, Delorme's procedure.
  • PR bleeding:   Office assessment.  Colonoscopy +/- rubber band ligation of haemorrhoids.  Haemorrhoidectomy - Ferguson / stapled.
  • Other:  Peri-anal abscess / fistula.  Anal fissure.  Pilonidal abscess / sinus.

Functional colorectal problems.

Faecal incontinence and obstructed defecation: 

  • Anal sphincter repair.
  • Laparoscopic ventral rectopexy.
  • Sacral neuromodulation (sacral nerve stimulator)
  • Trans-anal Delorme's procedure.
